  • New Tokens – Lizardfolk, Dinosaurs, and Everyday Beasts

David and Austin have delivered another shipment of lovely new tokens. Ninety-five of them, in fact!

New Tokens - Banner Preview

This batch is a mixture of farm animals, dinosaurs, slimes, lizardfolk, orcs, goblins, and a great deal of monsters which are alien even to me. 😮

Hopefully they are just what you or your party need. Otherwise, I hope they will inspire something new!

One of our struggles are weighing up the unique strengths and weaknesses of top-down and isometric tokens. For instance, top-down tokens can be rotated to clearly show facing, whereas isometric tokens can better show off the character.

Well, our solution is just to create both! This way you can choose your personal preference, or use whichever is better suited to a particular encounter…

There are more to come in both perspectives, and eventually we dream of creating a complete catalogue! In the meantime, please let us know what you’d like to see next in the comments.

Some new ways to sort and search these tokens is on the horizon, so please excuse the disorganization! Think of it as a Where’s Wally sort of game for now haha, and please look forward to being able to search by tags, type, creator, perspective, and more in the future!

Finally, we’d love to see what you create. Please share it and tag 2-Minute Tabletop on social media, where we will all see it. You can find our links below. 🙂

You can now find these new tokens in the Token Editor – click below!

Using the 2-Minute Token Editor

I’ve made every effort to make the Token Editor simple and straightforward. Please refer to these steps if you run into any difficulties:

  1. Use the color select buttons and the color picker to custom-paint your virtual token.
  2. Changing the color of a group header will change all of its components to match.
  3. Right Click and Save the token when you are satisfied with the color palette.
  4. You can then drag-and-drop it into a Roll20 scene, or use it with your VTT of choice.

Leaving a tip on these token packs is the best way to support its continued development!
