The ROYAL BATHHOUSE Battle Map

A luxuriously-decorated bathhouse with two pools of warm, sparkling water

This is our first map from Kelly, the 16×22 interior of a great bathhouse. There is a single archway on the southern end, and the other cardinal directions are decorated with stone statues. The water glitters, the mosaics shine, and slanted light pours in through the windows.

The two pools here are doubtless the stage for political negotiations, scheming, and other intrigue. You might use them for just such a social encounter, or you might use them for combat – either is valid!

I like to imagine a mage animating the mosaics, forcing your PCs to fight off stoney sharks and crabs in nothing but towels. Do you have any plans of your own? Please share in the comments!
