“This map is based on the one provided in the D&D 5e horror themed adventure, House of Lament. The adventure is set in a gloomy domain filled with regret and despair, and I wanted the map to reflect that dread atmosphere. This map is one of the largest I’ve made, from its sprawling basement to its labyrinthine upper floors, and uses tons of assets from various 2MT packs. Each level is filled with new dangers lurking in the shadows. Will the party be able to navigate the threats and escape the house, or will they become its newest victims, ensnared by the darkness at its heart?”
Today’s maps range from 19×19 to 30×37 and include all three floors (and roof) of this gloomy manor. Bird didn’t stop there though – it goes all the way down to the basement and cave beneath! It’s going to take a few sessions to crack this nut…
This is all from the talented Bird, whom we’ve featured before for their equally spectacular Basal Hot Springs and the Bombed Metro. I can’t wait to see what they share next!
