  • The EGYPTIAN ENTRYWAY Battle Map

The ceremonial entrance from river to palace, flanked by immense limestone pillars

Connor Johnston is kicking off a small(?) series of maps inspired by ancient Egypt. This first entry is of one of the entrances to a great palace, this one accessed by water – possibly a secret exit, or a place for the royal family to bathe.

The map is 16×22 with a watery southern edge and a wide entrance to the north. Twelve great limestone pillars line the walls of a shaded courtyard in-between.
