A favorite pastime for gutter-dwellers and the like, the subterranean fighting pit.
Whether this pit lies in damp tunnels beneath a city, or in a long-forgotten ruin now lorded over by goblins, it’s no doubt still dangerous! Perhaps a criminal organisation uses it as a test of initiation? Perhaps a giant sapient slug uses it to entertain his guests by feeding prisoners to his pet? Perhaps it hasn’t in fact seen any use, and only contains a good old rat swarm?
