  • The Dragon Hunting Airship by Uchideshi

Uchideshi has taken ship decoration to the next level by using our Monster Bone Map Assets to create a truly terrifying (and creative!) ship for their players, adorned with the trophies of past victories. See their amazing work and grab the maps yourself – links below!

Uchideshi has also provided not just a stunning full-ship & sky map, but also the individual pieces designed to stack together seamlessly. This lets your players explore every corner of their vessel with ease!

An enormous thanks to Uchideshi for being such an active and generous part of our community! See our previous article featuring his World Hex Tiles mod for Dungeondraft, and follow his previous and future works on Reddit!

From Uchideshi:

“Dragon hunting is a job for the bold and the foolhardy and few make this their profession and often not for very long. Only the strongest airships can contend with a dragon in the air and protect their crew from their deadly breath weapons and those that are successful are often decorated with the bones of the defeated creatures.

It was a fun concept suggested by a Reddit user: the ship structure was based on 3D printable model and I really enjoyed playing around with the Monster Bone assets for it.
I love making maps and my poor players have often been subjected to an encounter shoehorned into the campaign simply because I made a map I then wanted to use.

It is also always great to hear a map I’ve shared has been useful to someone else.”

I help Ross with a chunk of the background work so he has more time for the part he loves, the artwork! When I'm not doing that, I'm working on my own maps & articles to assist you in your worldbuilding. :)
