The Cursed Oak Battle Map

Today I tried out something a little different. Not only by drawing a tree which, as anyone who has dabbled in art can tell you, is a trial by itself, but I also shifted the perspective quite drastically.

I have quite a backlog of videos I want to produce, and this is the first. The over-the-shoulder-cam of The Blacksmith.

A New Printing Guide!

In all my recent adventures on reddit, I have found myself needing a concise printing guide not only to explain how it’s done, but to show off the customization options. I spent today putting together just such a guide, and in the weeks to come I want to do one for Roll20, set piece assembly

The Delightful Dwelling Battle Map

Another modular building, further increasing the possible combinations with the existing set pieces!

Matias’ Setup

“Runs on a custom web application with two browser windows. One view for DM to toggle fog of war and one for the screen. Screen not protected yet but need to add a layer of something for it.”

The Rustic Residence Battle Map

The second in the Modular Building series, the Rustic Residence. It is compatible with the Humble Home, Blacksmith and all future buildings from the series.

The Blacksmith Battle Map

Today’s battle map is The Blacksmith, a modular two-story building with an exterior workspace, interior shop, living area, and roofing. There’s even space for a basement!

The Abandoned Quarry Battle Map

The new episode of The Walking Dead inspired this one. Feel free to fill it with anything you want though, not just zombies!

Speed Drawing the Dragon’s Lair Burrow

Today I finish up the three-part Dragon’s Lair battle map set. Watch the shoulder-cam of the drawing, and the screencap of the painting (minus some corrupted footage, sadly). Enjoy!

The Dragon’s Lair Battle Map

For the first time on 2-Minute Table Top, a multi-part battle map. The Dragon’s Lair comes in three pieces, the bridge, entrance, and burrow, and altogether spans 12 pages / 552 squares / 2760 ft2.

Speed Drawing The Dragon’s Lair Bridge

Dragon’s just can’t resist dwarvish architecture, and this bridge is no exception. The red dragon has really made it its own, carving in its signature crumbling gouges and jagged claw marks.

Today I began the first map in my Dragon’s Lair project, the Dragon’s Lair Bridge battle map.

Speed Drawing the Brackish Marsh

Marshes come in so many color schemes that I just couldn’t decide… So I defaulted to the autumnal palette, since that is the current season in the campaign I run. We’ll see if I even get to use it!

The Brackish Marsh Battle Map

Today’s FREE map is the Brackish Marsh. This map went through a great many color changes, and I may yet upload an alternate, greener version. That said, I like the autumn feel of this one, which is convenient in that the campaign I run is currently in autumn!

Speed Drawing the Hallowed Hall

This one shows the 2.5 hour painting of the Hallowed Hall battle map, condensed into a short and sweet 5-ish minutes. Later this week, I want to print (in color this time!) and assemble this map on video, as I did the Humble Home. It was a lot of fun and very well received last time,
